“Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit Who was given to us.” Romans 5:5
The Love of God
How far does your realization reach?
Can you see how far from home He had to reach?
Sending His Son to die, His love was poured out,
Clearly stating how much He didn’t want to live without,
Without you in His eternal family!
For here is the love of God seen,
In Christ crucified,
My case in Him was tried,
Truth awoke, where sin had lied,
No longer in rebellion tied,
Jesus for me had died!
How far would this love of God go?
Reaching to us, even when we were saying “no”?
For this love is the love of the Living Lord,
Bringing hope to all those, where His love is poured!
