Rooted is an invitation to discover the deep, unshakable life that comes from knowing the character of God and learning to trust Him more fully.

Every woman longs to stand firm when life feels uncertain, bear fruit when seasons feel dry, and know that her identity is secure in Christ. But deep roots are not grown through striving harder—they grow through trusting deeper.

Together, we will explore the questions that have echoed throughout Scripture and still shape our lives today:

Can God really be trusted?
Is He truly good?
Will He be faithful when life doesn’t unfold as we hoped?

Through the stories of Scripture, we will discover what it means to become well-watered women—women whose roots reach deeply into the Living Water of Christ, whose lives are anchored in His character, and whose fruit flows naturally from abiding in Him.

Meet Our Speaker

Doni Brinkman

Bible Teacher at Jesus Church

Doni deeply loves God’s Word and considers it a privilege to walk alongside women as they discover their identity in Christ. As a Bible teacher at Jesus Church, she delights in helping women cultivate a faith that can withstand every season of life.

Over the years, Doni has taught children and adults, led women’s ministries, developed discipleship programs, and equipped women to mentor others. Yet her greatest joy is sitting across the table from another woman, opening Scripture together, and watching the Lord faithfully transform hearts.

Doni and her husband, Jim, have been married for 32 years and have raised four wonderful children. Growing up in a ministry home shaped her love for the local church and began a lifetime of serving God’s people.

Through decades of study and her own difficult seasons, Doni has developed a deep confidence in the faithfulness of God. Her prayer is that every woman would know His goodness, become deeply rooted in His love, and flourish—bearing fruit for His glory.
